Our practice leader has 16 years of experience leading cross-border expansion and mergers and acquisitions for corporate and financial investors. She earned her MBA at Harvard Business School and, concurrently, the Master of Public Administration degree (International Political and Economic Development) at Harvard’s John F. The Dynasty Incubator Program
The Dynasty Resources Incubator Program helps Chinese businesses become established and sustainable during their start-up phase in New York City, the commercial hub of the United States.
We do this by providing:
- Office space in the Chrysler Building, a landmark structure known around the globe. Dynasty will set up an inexpensive virtual office for those with limited needs, or a larger physical space, depending on your budget. Your office includes a live secretary to receive all phone calls; fax and express delivery services; and access to state-of-the-art conference rooms.
- Ongoing Advice and Support. Our bilingual staff works with you to create a business strategy designed specifically for the US, whose culture and business mindset is different from that in China.
- Business Services. Dynasty provides ongoing business services, including personal introductions to investor networks; advice on intellectual property and other legal issues, such as visa and immigration issues; top-notch marketing expertise; accounting guidance provided by experienced Chinese practitioners; introductions to Dynasty’s network of contacts with prominent business people in New York and Shanghai who can help you; tax guidance and assistance incorporating your Representative Office in accordance with local laws.
Types of Engagement
Strategic Business Planning and Advising: Minimum six months
Month 1: Develop and help initiate implementation of a business plan based on your requirements (either in-person or on the phone)

Compensation
Dynasty is sensitive to the fact that Chinese are reluctant to pay consulting fees. For this reason, our compensation requirements do not include our usual monthly retainer. Instead, we receive a success fee over time -- once your products or services reach the US market. This means there is virtually no risk for Chinese clients except for nominal office fees and other small charges incurred for designing an English language Website; brochures; basic advertising costs; and so forth, all of which shall be agreed upon in advance. Our goal is to develop a mutually beneficial, long-term relationship with our Chinese friends who want to brand themselves successfully in one of the world’s most important markets.
